1) Class will begin at 5:30 a.m. CST on Friday, June 21st.
2) Have your favorite piece of cardio equipment, a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat along with a water bottle set-up and ready to go.
3) The AfterBurn Coaches will be walking you through a glimpse of what you can expect during a 45-day challenge.
